Life Coaching

Certified Life Coaching is an ongoing relationship, which focuses on clients taking action toward the realization of their visions, goals, or desires. We can spend a lot of our time living our lives from a reactionary position. Life happens to us and we react and we can often feel that there is little choice. However, it is often a result of us not living with specific goals and purpose. Life coaching is about designing a future, not getting over a past and your coach is there to help you stay focused on the desired task.

Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customize their approach to individual client needs. They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach's job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has.
